At Fayt The Label, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit or exchanges within 21 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all designer tags still attached to qualify for a return.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred resolution.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, or drop off your package at any authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
